Returns & Exchanges We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. 

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST( E-mail: service@gemsmagic.com) before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them. 

A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.

The restocking fees
Orders can be canceled for free within 72 hours after purchase, 30% for rings already finished. This amount will be deducted from a full refund. It covers our tax and administrative fees, shipping and packaging costs, and lost materials and doesn't cover the effort involved - we don't earn anything on this.

Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped. 

Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage.  Our return policy EXCLUDES custom orders, engraved items, and items broken or damaged after receipt.

The refund will be refunded within 1-3 days after our after-sales staff receives the return package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.

Our warranty includes: All repairs and resizing (No less or more than 1 size) within 90 days of purchase.

Correcting any manufacturing defects.

Our manufacturing warranty does not include: The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing. Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones. Theft or loss of the ring.

Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.
