About Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty from the delivery date to ensure the quality of our craftsmanship.

• Free replacement of lost side stones within one year of delivery.
  
• Complimentary gemstone checking, tightening, and
  re-tipping if needed due to craftsmanship-related issues.
  
• One free ring resizing during the warranty period (within ±0.25–0.5 U.S. size). This does not apply to significant size changes that require remaking the ring.
  

Please note:

• We do not cover loss or damage to the main stone.
  
• Damage caused by extreme wear, accidents, misuse, or carelessness is not covered.

This warranty applies only to issues related to product quality and normal wear.
