Cancellation Policy

Within 72 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, before production begins.

After 72 Hours: Cancellations made after 72 hours are subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover material and craftsmanship costs already incurred.

Returns and Exchanges for Quality Issues
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package via email at service@gemsmagic.com. Include your purchase receipt or order confirmation, along with clear, detailed photos or a video of the defect of the jewelry.
Quality issues include:

Major defects in the metal or craftsmanship (e.g., broken prongs, broken band, loose or missing stones).

Significant discrepancy between the item received and what was ordered.
If the product is confirmed defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.
Note: The following are not considered quality issues:

Variations in unique stones like Moss Agate or Alexandrite (Alexandrite is a color-change gemstone; please contact us before ordering if you have a specific color preference).

Dissatisfaction with the shape of stones.

The item appearing larger or smaller than expected.

Returns and Exchanges for Non-Quality (Personal) Reasons
We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for personal reasons, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. You are responsible for a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
*Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.

Resizing Service
We strongly recommend confirming your correct ring size before placing your order, as a proper fit is essential for your satisfaction. Should you require a resize due to providing an incorrect size, our policy is designed to be as helpful and clear as possible.
Within Warranty:

We offer one complimentary resizing service within the warranty period if the incorrect size was provided at the time of order.

Please note that most of our rings can only be safely resized up or down by about one size due to structural design limits. For rings that cannot be resized due to design, remaking the ring may be necessary. In such cases, a remaking fee of 30% of the original order value will apply.

For your convenience: To expedite the process and minimize shipping risks, we offer the option to have your ring resized locally. Simply email us the receipt from a professional jeweler at service@gemsmagic.com, and we will gladly reimburse you for the cost of resizing. And no worries, this local resizing option will not void your warranty.
Outside of Warranty:

A resize will incur a fee of 15% of the original order amount.

Large Sizes: For ring sizes above 11 US, an additional charge of $150 per size will apply.
We highly recommend double-checking your ring size before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
Important Notes

Customized items (including engravings, bespoke designs, or any modifications based on customer requests) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lab Diamond and Salt & Pepper Diamond items are considered non-standard gem products and are not eligible for return.

Installment payment orders are not eligible for refund or return.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are initiated after the allowed return period.
