Each piece is handcrafted and shipped within 3–4 weeks after payment is confirmed, including a complimentary gift box.

U.S. delivery typically takes 4–7 days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at service@gemsmagic.com.

For personal reasons, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We offer a one-year warranty from the delivery date to ensure the quality of our craftsmanship.

• Free replacement of lost side stones within one year of delivery.
  
• Complimentary gemstone checking, tightening, and
  re-tipping if needed due to craftsmanship-related issues.
  
• One free ring resizing during the warranty period (within ±0.25–0.5 U.S. size). This does not apply to significant size changes that require remaking the ring.

This warranty applies only to issues related to product quality and normal wear.

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, cleaning, exercising, or doing yard work.
• Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, detergents, perfumes, and lotions.
• Precious metals may scratch when in contact with hard surfaces or gym equipment.
• Softer gemstones (e.g., pearls, moonstone, quartz) require extra care; harder stones (e.g., sapphires, diamonds) are more durable but should still be worn mindfully.
• Clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth and mild soap when needed.
• Store pieces separately in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratching. Avoid storing jewelry in humid environments.
